I like early nights, because it means I can catch up on all the hours of sleep I’ve missed.
I feel like I have energy for the first time in a couple weeks. Just a shame I have to go to work. I’d like to have gone another cycle or something.
In other news, I really need to shave…
Today is going to be troublesome. I’m still not getting anywhere near enough sleep. And my stomach is in uproar today. I’ve been in here for about 3.5 hours and I won’t be getting home for another 10. Long long day.
What I would give for a Caramel Macchiato right now…
I’m thrilled at the prospect of another restless night. Especially with the 14 hours I’ll be spending in work tomorrow.
Getting up at seven is not looking promising.
I’ve been ridiculously stressed again today, it’s not healthy. So to be healthy I decided to exercise.
Just done 15k on my rowing machine.

I’m in one of those phases where absolutely no music interests me. It’s really frustrating. I have no urges to listen to anything in particular. Not even to play my guitar. I don’t like it.
Mind you these phases are normally followed by a period of falling entirely in love with some band or artist. So hopefully that comes soon enough.
This is not a good night to not be able to sleep. Working for basaically thirteen and a half hours. And I’m up in 6 hours. Fuck.
Well back to the dentist today, not that i want to go. I’ve been acting like a four year old the past day because of it. Damn fears.
Then I have work after that too.
Hopefully I have some free time before work so I can quickly pop to Edinburgh and buy lots of books as a reward. Pay days are good I guess.

Well today I turned 24.
Ingredients & Measurements:
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 shot Baileys
- 1 shot vanilla vodka
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into shot glasses and enjoy! You can rim the shot glass with nutella (like the picture below) if you would like also!

3 - bike accident - fell and took the top off my pinkie (also nearly lopped off my ear but the scars invisible)

7 - double scar on the pad of my pinkie, was camping and picked up a stick, it went straight through my pinkie, had to snap it off at one end and push the rest through, theres still smething floating in my hand now

9 - toyfighting with a friend and she scratched me leaving a light scar
10 - countless scars on my hand from hitting stuff
I am also aware that I should have been in bed hours ago, and that I’m procrastinating by putting up silly posts. But yeah, I don’t want to go to sleep, it’s an unpleasant notion at the moment.
I’ve became weirdly addicted to doing sit-ups. Everytime i begin to get bored at home i start to think “hm, i could just do another 50”. Its a bit odd but I guess it can’t be that bad a thing.
The gay Shepard sex scene in Mass Effect 3.
I’m currently getting extremely angry at the homophobic responses to this video.
Honestly, some people are ridiculous.
The romance options in the game mean whether you go female or male Shepard, you can end up with your character falling in love with several male or female comrades during the game. Which, I think is fantastic. The game just deals with the “issue” as if it was a non-issue, which is exactly how it should be dealt with. It appears so every day and normal during the game. It really impressed me, and I personally think it’s a great step forward for the gaming community. As it’s still a fairly taboo issue within the community. Which is a shame, since you’d think that sort of discrimination should be well below the people of 2012.
Now the video itself, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It’s quite emotionally powerful given the overall narrative of the game. I just think it works really well.
Then you see the comments underneath the video, and the way some people act towards this being in a game is frankly appalling. Especially some of the reactions of gamers themselves, it really does make the community look like a group of hate-mongering homophobes. That angers me, and depresses me.
Either way; I’m a straight guy and I’m a gamer, and I have absolutely no problem with this, in fact, Mass Effect 3 is one of my all time favourite games of all time. And I think the way that Bioware have dealt with this part of the game is fantastic.
So yeah, sorry, needed to type that out.
