So yesterday I took Rachel to Edinburgh. Where I took her to Edinburgh Zoo and a rather excellent Italian restaurant. It was a rather excellent day actually. we had a bit of fun and games actually getting there because of all the crowds for the rugby, but due to a moment of quick thinking and a little stroke of luck, I managed to jump about a thousand people queuing for the train.

I imagine most people have those sort of moments where someone they know, or have known from their past comes to the fore. Someone you’re really glad to be clear off.
And you see something they’ve said or done. And you just want to go berserk for whatever it is.
Then you just think, well, I’m better than that, and I’m not going to. And then you kind of feel better...
And that’s the table at the rather nice Italian Restaurant booked for Sunday :)
